Granulate with Additives - Komořany Heating Plant

Production
It is a certified product arising from mixing all kinds of ash from the Komořany Heating Plant with water. All ash material from fluidized bed combustion of Most brown coal, i .e. bed ash, textile filter ash and electrical precipitator ash are collected in a silo. Before distribution this mixture is mixed with water and transported on a belt conveyor to train wagons (only for the mining company, a.s. needs) or transported by lorries. The product contains a certain percentage of free CaO which reacts with water and the mixture becomes harder and harder gradually. The new process, combustion control processes, limestone dosing to the fuel and water dosing to the ash material mixture guarantee permanent product quality.

Usage
The product is intended for immediate use. The processing time is 4 hours as a maximum since the distribution time. After becoming hard and hardening the product has a high compressive strength which predestines the product to be used in civil constructions, low layers in construction of roads and buildings, The mining company utilizes it to stabilizing the land in open cast mine dumps.

The distribution in lorries is done daily in loading times set in advance. After a prior arrangement it is possible to load to road mixers.

1st loading time 06:00 - 08:30
2nd loading time 10:00 - 12:00
3rd loading time 13:30 - 16:00
The given loading times are only approximate, the times of individual loading can be changed, shortened or some times may be cancelled with regards to the operational needs.

Textile Filter Ash - Komořany Heating Plant

Production
It is a certified product arising from fluidized bed combustion of Most brown coal retained in textile filters is stored in a loading station silo. It is transported dry in a closed system to road tanks. The product contains a certain percentage of free CaO. Therefore it is necessary to prevent contact with water or air moisture during transport. The new process, combustion control processes and limestone dosing to the fuel guarantee permanent product quality. Another product advantage is its low grain size (up to 1.5 mm).

Usage
The product can be used in a similar way as the granulate (See Granulate with Additives) in civil construction After mixing with water, becoming hard and hardening the product has a high compressive strength and can be used as a bottom layer for road and building construction and for fills and backfills. The customer provides for mixing with water. The product can be used as an additive to porous concrete production.

Distribution
With regards to existing low production the product sale is temporarily stopped.

The overall daily capacity is 60 – 120 tonnes.
distribution to road tanks is done daily from 6:00 to 15:00 or after arrangements with the customer.
The waiting time for filling the loading station silo is about 1.5 – 3 hours.
